Free Rural Support and Wellbeing Workshops

Wellbeing Workshops. Future Farming Resilience. Free rural support & wellbeing for farming communities

The Rural Support and Wellbeing project aims to raise awareness of the rural support services available to the farming community, through specialist workshops and representation at rural events, such as livestock markets and agricultural shows.

These workshops, organised as part of the Future Farming Resilience (FFR) project, will give an opportunity to focus on particular topics to help you think about your health and wellbeing, as well as your farm business. We will be developing these over the course of the programme.

The first round of these workshops will be run by New Leaf Design and themed around mental health awareness, looking at what mental health is and how to look after your own mental health.

  • 12th April 9:30am Mental Health Awareness with New Leaf Life Design – Tedburn St. Mary (Devon)
  • 19th April 12pm Mental Health Awareness with New Leaf Life Design – Taunton (Somerset)

Further dates will be announced for Cornwall and Dorset. Details of the workshops can be found on the FFR webpage.
